The information gathered here will be used to build a database on Acinic
Cell Carcinoma, as there is so little comprehensive data published on
this disease. We hope that this will help both patients and physicians
in choosing treatment options in the future.
We also hope that the survey can help the research end of things by pointing
out areas of past clinical success or failure, and therefore targets for
potential research. Currently, little or no research is being done on
this disease. But we hope that if enough people fill out the survey, we
can use the information to instigate more activity in this area. This
is all about learning more about the disease, so we can come up with better
treatment options, or even a cure, in the future.
At the moment, we at ACCIC are still working on writing the survey and
creating the system for logging all the information. We apologize for
the delay. We hope to have it posted very soon. Please check back on your

will not be distributed or used in any way other than to contact you about
this survey.) We are asking for your email so that we do not lose
you as a potential data source. (There aren't that many of you out there,
and we weren't sure if you'd come back to the site again.)
