Description: Secretory Carcinoma. Secretion evident in microcysts of varying size tends to shrink toward the center of the lumen. In larger microcysts, secretion may have a scalloped border. Some tumor cells have vacuolated or clear cytoplasm.

Description: Secretory Carcinoma. The cytoplasm contains large irregular vacuoles lined in part by microvilli. A nucleus is seen on the left (c12800).
