Secretory carcinoma intraductal component with microcystic features.

Secretory carcinoma secretion evident in microcysts of
varying size tends to shrink toward the center of the
lumen. in larger microcysts, secretion may have a scalloped
border. some tumor cells have vacuolated or clear
cytoplasm.


Secretory carcinoma the cytoplasm contains large irregular
vacuoles lined in part by microvilli. a nucleus is seen on the left (x12800).


Secretory carcinoma combined pattern with typical
microcystic component below and solid growth above composed
of cells with apocrine cytology.
